In conditioned-use forest areas, only plantations with native species or species traditionally adapted to local ecological conditions are allowed; terrace works or deep soil mobilisations with ploughing on slopes above 25% are not allowed; and soil preparation operations for agricultural or silvopastoral purposes that include mobilisations along the line of greatest slope are not allowed.
- Art. Article 49 — Delimitation, characterization, uses and urbanistic parametersForest spaces are areas mainly intended for the promotion, exploitation and conservation of forest species and associated resources, and areas with forest cover or to be progressively implemented as part of the municipal landscape composition. Compatible exploitation models are allowed, namely agricultural, silvicultural and pastoral activities, with particular attention to soil protection and erosion control, as well as recovery of soil fertility.
