4ha of land, mostly oak woodland – located in Northern Portugal, the nearest cities are Chaves and Valpaços (19km to either). There are no buildings here, but I have lived here for 10 years in a bus without problems, planning permission ought to be achievable, as neighbouring plots have received it. There are 3 wells, pasture, well manured vegetable gardens, several paddocks suitable for goats and sheep. The price for the land includes timber crop value around 15k which can come off the price if I harvest the timber myself.
